Shipping policy

Coco Sun Body use secure courier methods to ship all our parcels.  Parcels are delivered by The Courier Guy.

Shipping is R99 for Standard shipping for all items, delivery time will range from 3 to 5 days depending on the delivery location.

Express Shipping is R130 for all items, delivery time will range from 1 to 2 days depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Time:

The time for your purchased item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Shipping will on average take between 1 to 5 working days.

Should we experience an unavailability in stock, shipping will on average take between 15 and 25 business days.  It is important to note that delays are possible and unfortunately we are not in control of that.  All products are imported and delivered directly to your address provided.  There are no additional costs involved upon the payment you made to us.

Ordering Process:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another email after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
