FAQ - Shipping

How much is shipping?

Our nation-wide standard shipping fee is R85 direct door delivery, delivery time range from 3 to 5 days depending on the delivery location.

Express Shipping cost R125 and delivery will be in 1 to 2 days.

Free delivery when spending R1999 and more.

How long will my order take?

Shipping will on average take between 1 to 5 working days.

Should we experience an unavailability in stock, shipping will on average take between 15 and 25 business days.  It is important to note that delays are possible and unfortunately we are not in control of that.  All products are imported and delivered directly to your address provided.  There are no additional costs involved upon the payment you made to us.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch we will send you shipping references, which include a tracking number and a tracking link. Enter the tracking number into the tracking box on the couriers website and you will see your item's progress.

What do I do when I do not receive my item?

If you haven't received your item please make us aware by contacting us via e-mail at support@cocosun.co.za.  We will then follow up with the courier to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order before you make payment. You cannot cancel after your order has been dispatched.
