Refund policy

Returns

Coco Sun Body provides a 30-day return policy for defects, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note the return policy are not applicable to adult or children facial masks, because of hygiene and covid19 purposes. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If the product is still in brand new condition as stated above, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees, as you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@cocosun.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (when approved/applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges (when approved/applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cocosun.co.za

Shipping (when approved/applicable)

To return your product, you should send your product to the address provided by our customer care representative via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/courier costs for returning your item. Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping our item, you should consider using a trackable shipping/courier service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

2021 Facial Device - Refund Policy on Clearance Sale

Please note the 2021 Facial Device has it's own refund policy, as stipulated by our supplier and Coco Sun Body, and are therefore excluded from the above Refund Policy and will be subject to the conditions stipulated below.

Please note the devices come with a 12 month warranty on device defects, not covering "human caused" defects.

Further to the exclusion above, please take careful note that this device needs to be charged regularly, and the supplier does not support any malfunctions as a result of a drained battery.  Therefore, if the device's battery was completely drained and the device has a malfunction in return, the warranty will not apply.

As the current sale is a Clearance sale, all refunds (including refunds based on warranty) will be paid into your account, as replacement devices will not be available after this clearance sale.

Coco Sun Body offers a 75% refund on this device bought on the Clearance Sale, after shipping costs have been deducted.
